At Moneybox, we’re on a mission to give everyone the means to get more out of life.

We believe that wealth isn’t about the money, it’s about the means to more. More freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.

For some, it’s about your first place in your 20s, for others it’s being your own boss in your 40s, or even taking the gap year you never got round to in your 60s. It can be about taking an extra month to find just the right job, retiring before they ask you to, and investing in life’s greatest asset, you. It’s the opportunity to not just do what you need, but what you want.

 

 

How to enter

 

  1. We want to know – what does wealth mean to you? Tell us by 18th November 2025 for the chance to win £5,000 from the Means to More Fund, to help you get more out of life.
  2. Get creative. Because wealth isn’t just about the money! Your entry can take any form you like – a photo, video, voice note, poem, painting, or a personal essay. Get some inspiration from the Moneybox team above.
  3. Vote for your winners. A shortlist of the 20 best entries will be chosen by the Moneybox team then it’s over to you to vote for the winner of the £5,000 cash prize. Plus, 19 runners up will receive an exclusive Moneybox Ocean Bottle! Voting opens 21st November 2025, so watch out for a notification. Competition T&Cs apply.

FAQs

 

How does it work?

  • Submit your entry by 18th November 2025, along with a few key contact details so we can contact you if you’re in the running on the Means to More Fund page.
  • The Moneybox team will pick a shortlist of 20 entries by 21st November 2025.
  • Then it’s over to you to vote for your favourites between 21st-28th November 2025 – don’t worry, we’ll let you know when voting opens.
  • We’ll contact you if your entry makes it to the shortlist.

 

What can’t I submit?

  • Please don’t submit anything that contains personal information. This could be names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other identifiable information, such as car registration numbers.
  • Any content including children.
  • Content that doesn’t comply with our Competition T&Cs. Please see paragraph 7 for more details.
  • Inappropriate content containing, for example, nudity or illegal activity.
  • Anything that you don’t have the copyright to, for example an image taken from Google, social media, or AI.
  • Video or audio files more than 30 seconds long.
  • Submitting any of the above will result in your entry being rejected. If your entry has been rejected, you’re welcome to enter again once your creation has been edited in line with the above.

 

Can I use the prize money for anything?

  • Yes! Maybe you have a business idea you just can’t stop thinking about, or perhaps you want to give your kids the best start to life at university – this fund is here to help you get more out of life and focus on the things that matter most to you.

 

What file types can I upload?

  • Upload your submission as a PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP3, MP4, or M4A file.
  • Max file size: 5MB
  • Max video length: 30 seconds.

 

What will you do with my data?

  • With any submission we need to collect your name, email address and a contact number. This data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition.
  • For winners, we may also need to collect bank details, a residential address, and other account details as necessary.
  • To confirm that a valid award took place, we will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone requesting this information. If you don’t want this information made available, please notify us by contacting us on support@moneyboxapp.com, and we will remove you from the competition.
