How do I join the waitlist?
Head to the Eventbrite event page > Join waitlist and submit your details. If a space opens up, we’ll let you know!
Will I be notified if a spare ticket becomes available?
By joining the waitlist, you’ll be in line to get a ticket if one becomes available. You’ll have 2 hours to book before it’s released to the next person on the waitlist.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes! But for only those who sign up to the waitlist. Make sure you sign up to receive this after the event.
What time does the event start?
Guests can arrive between 18:30 – 19:00, allowing time to register and grab a welcome drink, before heading into the keynote speeches for a prompt 19:00 start.
What time does it finish?
The talks are expected to finish at 20:30, giving you some time afterwards to grab some food and drink, meet the speakers, and chat with other guests.
The event will finish at 22:00.
What’s the address and how do I get there?
The event will be hosted at Events @ No. 6, 6 Alie Street, Aldgate, E1 8QT (What3Words: ///charm.atomic.grass).
There’s variety of public transport links available, with only a short walk to the venue:
Underground
- Circle or Metropolitan lines to Aldgate underground station (5 min walk to venue), or to Liverpool Street underground station (12 min walk to venue)
- Hammersmith & City or District lines to Aldate East underground station (5 min walk to venue)
- Metropolitan, Circle or Hammersmith & City lines to Liverpool Street underground station (12 min walk to venue)
Bus routes
- 15, 42, 78 to Leman Street (Stop 5)
- 15, 25, 67, 100, 115, 135, 205, 254 on Whitechapel High Street (with multiple stops).
Driving/Parking
If you’d prefer to drive there’s a few car parks located nearby
- Minories car park – 7 min walk to venue
- London Whitechapel high street – 7 min walk to venue
- City car park parking service – 9 min walk to venue
- Blue Badge parking is available on Alie Street with single and double yellow lines (unless loading restrictions apply) for up to 3 hours. Additionally, there are some pay-by-phone bays which must have a Blue badge & time clock displayed.

Is there a dress code?
There’s no dress code for the event. We understand that some people will be coming straight from work, while others might be travelling into the London area. We want you to feel comfortable, so the vibe is casual.
Will there be food and drink?
Yes, you’ll get a welcome drink on arrival (before 19:00) and will be able to grab some light, cold refreshments too.
You’ll also be able to grab some food and drink while you mingle from 20:30.
What if I have any allergies or dietary restrictions?
There will be options for all dietary preferences and the ingredients will be clearly labelled.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can bring a friend along with you, but they must have a ticket also. You’re able to reserve up to two tickets per person during the registration process. You must enter the event together at the same time.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible with a lift available to help anyone travel between floors. There will be members of the team available around the venue to support anyone that needs assistance.
If you wear a hearing aid, the venue offers a hearing loop via their own app, so you can connect to the sound system. This means you’ll be able to hear the speakers and any music clearly. You can request more information on this from a member of staff on the night.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Secured a ticket but need to cancel? There’s two ways to do this:
- Through your Eventbrite account: log in, go to “Tickets”, find the event, and cancel registration.
- Through the confirmation email: The original confirmation email you receive when registering contains a link to cancel your ticket.
If you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reissue your ticket(s) to another guest on our waitlist.
