Why isn’t my manual bank transfer working?

Manual bank transfers are currently available for our ISAs, LISAs, Simple Saver, Reward Savings Account, Notice Accounts. 1 Year Fixed Rate, and General Investment Account customers.

If you are having trouble completing a manual bank transfer, where no funds have left your bank account, you should be fine to simply try the transaction again. Once you’ve made a manual bank transfer, your payment typically appears in your account balance within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours to process.

For recurring issues sending a payment, we’d recommend contacting your bank – as manual bank transfers are initiated directly from your bank account rather than the Moneybox app, your bank should be best placed to help with any issues sending funds.
