What should I do if I think I’ve exceeded my ISA/LISA allowance?

The Moneybox app automatically pauses further payments for the tax year once you reach your annual allowance with us.

However, if you hold other ISA or LISA savings elsewhere and have made a payment into your Moneybox account, which you believe takes you over your £4,000 LISA limit or £20,000 annual ISA contribution limit, we may be able to reverse this for you. Please contact our Support team via the in-app chat in Settings > Help > Chat to us, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.
