What if I need extra support?

If there’s anything you’d like to make us aware of, including a physical or mental health condition, financial worries, or a life event like losing your job, you can let us know in the app by heading to Settings > Tap your name > Additional support or on the website by clicking your initials in the top right corner, then Edit personal details > Additional support.

We’ll record this information to make sure we can give you the right support going forward, and only a small number of our team will be able to see this information.

You can also email our Support team at support@moneyboxapp.com at any time, and we’ll be happy to help. If this doesn’t apply to you right now, we’ll always be here to help if your situation changes in the future.
