What if I need extra support?
If there’s anything you’d like to make us aware of, including a physical or mental health condition, financial worries, or a life event like losing your job, you can let us know in the app by heading to Settings > Tap your name > Additional support or on the website by clicking your initials in the top right corner, then Edit personal details > Additional support.
We’ll record this information to make sure we can give you the right support going forward, and only a small number of our team will be able to see this information.
