How can I get a statement of my account?

Statements are available in-app in Settings > Statements & documents > Statements. Here you can generate a new statement, based on your chosen date range, by tapping the ‘Generate new statement’ button at the bottom of the screen; as well as view any previous statements.

Once your statement has been generated, you can tap the envelope in the top right corner to email a copy to your Moneybox registered email address.

If you’re having problems generating or emailing a statement, please get in touch via the in-app chat and a member of the team can generate a statement on request.
