Payments & withdrawals

How can I pay into my account via the Moneybox website?

You can make payments of £100 or more into your Cash ISA, Open Access Cash ISA, Simple Saver, or Business Saver via our website using easy bank transfer and manual bank transfers.

To make a manual bank transfer and send money directly from your linked bank account, just click ‘Add money’ on the Home screen, then send money via your banking app using the payment details provided.

Payments must come from the bank account you have linked to Moneybox – you can check and change your linked bank account in Settings > Linked account.

You can also send payments via easy bank transfer by clicking on ‘Add money’ on the Home screen and selecting the account that you would like to deposit into. This will open a QR code on your screen that will take you to the app for the bank account you have linked to Moneybox. Alternatively, you can also click ‘Go to your bank website to log in directly via online banking.

Once you’ve sent a payment via manual bank transfer or easy bank transfer, the funds typically arrive and are added to your balance within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.
