Depositing

How can I change my payment settings?

Your recurring payment settings can be updated in the app at any time.

  • Recurring weekly deposits can be changed in Settings > Weekly Deposit
  • Monthly payday boosts can be updated in Settings > Payday Boost
  • Round ups can be enabled or disabled in Settings > Round ups

You can also change the amount you have due to be collected for a specific week before our weekly collection takes place on Wednesday at midday by tapping ‘edit’ next to your upcoming collection total in the Home tab of the app.

If you’d like to pause all payments, you can also cancel your Direct Debit with your bank.
