ISA & LISA transfers

Finding your account details

To help make sure your transfer to Moneybox goes as smoothly as possible, you’ll need to share the account details that match your current provider’s format.

You can usually find these details on your most recent statement or by logging into your provider’s app.

For the following providers, we just need your unique account reference. For these accounts, you won’t need to provide a sort code. Make sure to include any letters or hyphens exactly as they appear.

Still unsure?

If your provider isn’t on the list, look for a “Customer Number,” “Reference,” or “Account ID” on your paperwork or in your app.

Just a heads up that while these are the most common formats we see, yours might look a little different depending on your provider. * For investment accounts (like a Stocks & Shares ISA or LISA): You’ll usually need a unique reference made of letters and numbers.

  • For cash-based accounts from a bank: You’ll likely need your sort code and account number.
