Easy bank transfers

Easy bank transfers allow you to add money to our ISAs, GIA, Simple Saver, Pension, Reward Savings Account, Notice Accounts or Lifetime ISAs in minutes 💸

You can pay in upwards of £100 from your linked bank account via the Moneybox app in Wealth > Select your account > Add money.

For investment accounts, you can choose whether your easy bank transfer is added to your Available Cash, or invested directly into your chosen investment allocation. For Pensions, your deposit will be invested according to your chosen allocations.

You’ll then be taken to your online banking to confirm your transfer – please also note that some banks may have additional security steps to process larger payments, such as the use of a card reader.

We’ll let you know via email when your bank transfer has arrived – this typically takes minutes but can take up to 24 hours.

Once you’ve made your transfer, you can see the payment listed in Wealth > Select account > Activity.

Manual bank transfers

We also offer manual bank transfers as a way to make a payment of £100 or more into our ISAs, LISAs, Simple Saver, Reward Savings Account, Notice Accounts, 1 Year Fixed Rate (during the funding window only), or GIA directly from your linked bank account. To make a manual bank transfer, just head to Wealth > Select your account > More > Manual bank transfers to find the payment details for your product, then send funds via your banking app using these details.

For investment accounts, your payment will be added to either your investment allocation or your available cash, depending on your chosen allocation.

If you hold multiple products which support manual bank transfers, please note each product has a different sort code and account number.

Once you’ve sent a payment, the funds typically arrive and are added to your balance within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.
