Job Brief

This role will own the delivery of customer and revenue growth across one of Moneybox’s business units. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute strategic growth initiatives, analyse performance, and bring market and customer insights into the business.

What you’ll do

• Own a P&L: Be responsible for owning and delivering against the P&L objectives for a particular product (or set of products)
• Deliver the growth agenda: Define, coordinate and execute initiatives to deliver on budget and forecast targets, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, product, and operations to deliver campaigns.
  
• Customer and market insights: Monitor competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team to inform decision-making. Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers to inform propositional development to drive revenue growth
  
• Performance analysis: Work with the Insights team to track KPIs, analyse performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to drive performance.
  
• Strategic initiatives: Contribute to business cases and commercial projects that support growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for someone established in their commercial career who is excited to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment:

• Experience in a commercial, strategy or consultancy role (5+ years of experience).
• Experience in a high growth, B2C digital environment is a plus
• Experience of owning a P&L (or part of a P&L) in a B2C digital business, ideally fintech or financial services, is helpful but not essential.
• Comfortable analysing data, drawing insights and presenting concise recommendations to senior stakeholders (Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slide, or SQL a bonus).
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• A results-driven, proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and grow
