The prize draw is operated and promoted by Digital Moneybox Limited, which is a limited company registered in England & Wales with the company number 09597755 whose registered office is Suite 1.07 1-2 Hatfields, London, England, SE1 9PG (“Moneybox”, or “we” / “us” / “our”).
How to enter and eligibility
To qualify for this prize draw, during the Qualifying Period (as defined below), you must:
- be following Moneybox’s “Instagram Account” (as defined below);
- like the Instagram post on our Instagram Account titled “The money lessons we wish we’d learned in our 20s” (the “Post”) dated 11/09/2026;
- tag a friend in a comment on the Post;
“Instagram Account” means Moneybox’s official Instagram account (@moneyboxteam).
“Qualifying Period” means 11/09/2026 to 18/09/2026.
To be eligible to win you must continue to follow Moneybox’s Instagram Account until the date the winners are selected.
There is no fee for entering this prize draw.
Moneybox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete or hide any comment at any time and for any reason on its Instagram Account, including (but not limited to) where you do not comply with any of the following conditions:
Harmful or Illegal Content: We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that is illegal, dangerous or promotes violence. This includes comments that (directly or indirectly) describe illegal activities, promote hate speech or encourage or endorse tax evasion. Further, entrants must not have breached any laws when creating or submitting their comment.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations: You must be the owner of your comment and must not infringe the rights of any other party. Do not use any text or materials that you have not created yourself and that you do not own.
Offensive or Discriminatory Material: Comments should be respectful and appropriate for a general audience. Do not submit a comment that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory or disrespectful to any individual or group.
Content Involving Children: Do not submit any information about a child and ensure your comment is suitable for all audiences.
Disclaimers
No social media platform association: This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any platform, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Entrants are providing their information to Moneybox and not to any other platform or individual. By participating, entrants release the platforms from any and all liability related to this prize draw.
Information purposes only: All content, materials, and information: (i) provided by Moneybox in connection with this prize draw; and (ii) submitted as a comment or otherwise by individuals viewing or engaging with the prize draw, are for general informational and promotional purposes only and do not constitute advice.
No advice provided: Nothing contained in the prize draw communications, including but not limited to social media posts, emails, website content, or the entries themselves, constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
No advisory relationship: Participation in this prize draw, the selection of a shortlist, or the awarding of a prize does not create a financial advisory relationship between Moneybox and any entrant, winner, or other third party.
Entrant responsibility: Entrants submit their comments as private individuals and are not providing financial advice on behalf of Moneybox. Entrants and those viewing prize draw content should conduct their own research and, if necessary, seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions or investments related to this prize draw.
Third-party content: The prize is a book authored by a third party (Andrew Craig) and published independently of Moneybox. Moneybox is not the author or publisher of the book, does not endorse any specific investment strategy or view contained within it, and is not responsible for its content.
Moneybox Liability
Moneybox will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, whether directly or indirectly occurring as a result of an entrant’s entry into this prize draw or their acceptance or use of the prize, except where it is directly caused by the negligence of Moneybox or its employees.
Entrants understand and agree that they enter and engage in this prize draw entirely at their own risk. Moneybox is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted data, or omissions that may occur in the administration of the prize draw.
Winners
Eight (8) winners will be randomly selected in accordance with the laws of chance, consistent with the requirements of Promotional Marketing Rule 8.24 of the CAP Code, by a computer process on 21/09/2026 and notified via a direct message from the Instagram Account by 21/09/2026. We will ask each winner in that direct message to email Moneybox to claim their prize. Please note we will never ask you for any personal data or account details over direct message via our Instagram Account.
Each winner must respond to Moneybox to confirm if they accept or decline the prize within seven (7) calendar days from the date that Moneybox sends the Instagram direct message from the Instagram Account. Responses confirming whether you accept via Instagram direct message will not be accepted as valid, and if the winner does not follow up by email within the seven (7) calendar day timeframe, another winner will be randomly selected by a computer process consistent with Promotional Marketing Rule 8.24 of the CAP Code and notified. For the avoidance of doubt, the new selected winner will also need to respond to Moneybox via email to accept or reject the prize within a seven (7) day timeframe, otherwise another new winner will randomly be chosen by a computer process consistent with Promotional Marketing Rule 8.24 of the CAP Code.
Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) copy of How to Own the World by Andrew Craig. There is no cash alternative. If for any reason the book is not available, Moneybox may replace it with a reasonable equivalent, at Moneybox’s sole discretion.
Other
Entrants cannot enter into this prize draw if they are: (a) not a UK resident; (b) an employee, contractor, officer or director of Moneybox (or its group companies) or any member of such a person’s immediate family or household; or (c) under 18 years of age.
These terms (the “Offer Terms”) supplement our Moneybox Terms & Conditions (https://www.moneyboxapp.com/terms-and-conditions/#Additional%20ISA%20Terms). To the extent there is a discrepancy between these Offer Terms and the Moneybox Terms and Conditions (https://www.moneyboxapp.com/terms-and-conditions/), the Moneybox Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Moneybox reserves the right to cancel this prize draw or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its sole opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of Moneybox’s control.

Please note we are required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will share the surname and county of each prize winner to anyone requesting this information by sending a stamped addressed envelope to our registered office address within 90 days from the end of the Qualifying Period. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please notify us by contacting us on support@moneyboxapp.com before 21/09/2026. Please note, we must provide details of any prize draw entrants to the Advertising Standards Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, or any other competent authority requiring such details, on request.
To process the prize draw administratively, we will process your name, Instagram handle, and email address. Personal data supplied will be treated as set out in our Privacy Notice (https://www.moneyboxapp.com/privacy/).
