Q2 2026 shareholder update
Growth1
We closed Q2 2026 with £23.2 billion in AUA (up 40% YoY) and 1.9 million total funded customers (up 25% YoY). Net inflows for the quarter totalled £1.7 billion.
We are also pleased to announce that our secondary share transaction for employees has now successfully completed. Facilitated through the London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market using the PISCES framework, the total value of shares transacted was £45 million. The transaction sets Moneybox’s valuation at £800 million, approximately 45% higher than the 2024 valuation.
Existing investor Apis has increased its investment alongside new investment from Salica Investments Limited and Salica Fulcrum Venture Capital LP, joining existing investors Fidelity, 7RIDGE, Oxford Capital, Breega, Burda, and CNP.
The transaction demonstrates continued institutional confidence in Moneybox’s long-term growth strategy and competitive market position, and has provided our longest-serving employees with the opportunity to realise some of the value they have helped create while remaining focused on Moneybox’s future success. Answers to common questions can be found in our FAQs here.
Following our 2024 secondary transaction, we remain committed to exploring a follow-on sale opportunity for a broader set of shareholders within the next year, subject to market conditions and business performance. We’ll share further details as plans develop.

Public relations (PR)
- Our 2025 Annual Report generated strong media coverage across national and trade media, highlighting Moneybox’s continued growth, profitability and long-term strategy. The campaign also secured an interview with co-founder Ben Stanway in Sifted, positioning Moneybox as a leading fintech shaping the future of AI-enabled financial advice.
- Moneybox led the public debate on the future of the Lifetime ISA, publishing an open letter calling on the Government to reform, rather than replace, the product. The campaign secured national coverage across Sky News, The Independent and The Scotsman, positioning Moneybox as the leading industry voice ahead of the Government’s consultation and reinforcing our role in shaping UK savings policy.
- Moneybox further strengthened its profile as a trusted voice on ISA reform through rapid-response commentary on the Government’s ISA consultation. Our analysis secured prominent coverage in the Financial Times (including the front page of the print edition), The Times, The Telegraph and other major national titles, helping shape the national conversation around the future of tax-efficient saving and investing.
- Q2 also delivered further external recognition of Moneybox’s growth and customer proposition. Moneybox was named Best Lifetime ISA Provider at the British Bank Awards, was Highly Commended for Best Personal Finance App, and was recognised in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, reinforcing our position as one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech businesses.
