It’s time to talk about money

It’s Talk Money Week 2025, and the theme is ‘start the conversation’. Talk Money Week was introduced by the Money and Pension Service to encourage people to open up about their finances, which pairs with our mission to give everyone the means to get more out of life.
That’s because talking about money with someone you trust can be the first step to achieving feelings of freedom, opportunity, possibility, and peace of mind. So, whether you’re struggling to clear debt, dealing with financial stress, or after guidance to help you save more effectively – it’s time to talk.
And remember: money conversations don’t need to be perfect or polished, they just need to happen.

Keep yourself on track
One of the hardest things to decide when it comes to our finances is which accounts can help us achieve our goals. This is where our Goals tool can help. Just select what you want to achieve and we’ll suggest the accounts to help you do it. We’ll also show you how you’re tracking over time.
Support is on hand
Our Support team is available seven days a week from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Alternatively you can get in touch with us over the phone on weekdays at 0330 808 1866.
If there’s anything you’d like to make us aware of that might impact how you use your account – whether that’s a disability, health condition, or a life event like losing your job – you can let us know and a member of our specialist team will be here to support you.
We do not offer personal financial advice or make specific recommendations based on your individual circumstances. If needed, seek independent financial advice before making decisions regarding your financial goals.
